Having felt and heard the live energy of Duke Ellington, Ray Charles, Count Basie, Big Joe Turner, Miles Davis, Jack Teagarden, Willie Dixon, Cream, Willie Nelson, The Rolling Stones, Taj Mahal, Van Morrison, The Doors, James Brown and many Euro classical orchestras as well as many bands and styles from Africa, the Caribbean and South America and loving it all - how could I not be eclectic?
Bob FunkMy audio vision: a sense of history - a sense of humor... atmospheric, melodically challenging, rhythmically complex but always inviting movement -- Dark harmonic landscapes with bursts of light and soul, emotion without cliche.
