With Don Dixon and Marti Jones while recording at their house in Ohio. Their then 4-year-old daughter, Shane Dixon drew the picture of me I still use as my logo. Apparently I thought it would be much funnier to take pictures in the kitchen than Marti did.

With Earl "Trick Bag" King and New Orleans blues siren Timothea in Bern, Switzerland on my first ever overseas tour. My New Orleans musical education has served me well. Earl also wrote: "Let the Good Times Roll," "Big Chief," and "The Things I Used to Do."

Bonnie Raitt handed me my official Magna Cum Laude Berklee College of Music diploma. Now I'm a genuine Board Certified Bass Player. That and 25 cents will get me a phone call, right?
