Poetry at the Sea, music for Yoga, meditation or adding a peaceful sonic "atmosphere" to your home or apartment. We've included information and clips about a new artist we've discovered from the lovely North Sea Island of Fohr, Hauke Nissen . This music is interwoven with the wonderful sounds of the sea and shore birds. It's great for doing yoga to or meditating. Taking care of your mind is just as important to well being as exercise and proper diet. Listen to the samples from some of his Cd's on his page. We are making Hauke Nissen's product available in the US, it is not available in US stores yet.
