This month we will be including a new page devoted to music for Yoga, meditation or just plain relaxing and adding a peaceful sonic "atmosphere" to your home or apartment. We are featuring music cds and sample clips by a new artist we've discovered from the lovely North Sea Island of Fohr, Hauke Nissen. This music is interwoven with the wonderful sounds of the sea and shore birds. It's great for doing yoga to or meditating. Taking care of your mind is just as important to well-being as exercise and proper diet.
