Uptown Horns to appear at Webster Hall, NYC on Feb. 22 2012 at Stones Fest w/ Norah Jones, Adam Green, Jesse Malin, Nicole Atkins, Jason Sudeikis (of SNL) and many more suprise guests.
Tickets go on sale Thursday (1/26) at noon. $2 from each ticket will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.
Uptown Horns appear on Mark Twain Awards Show
The Uptown Horns appeared as special guests with Musical Director Crispin Cioe's band Cracked Ice on the recent PBS television special "The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, Celebrating Will Ferrell" (The show will be broadcast on PBS on Monday, October 31st at 9:00PM EST check your local listings). Jack Black, Billie Joe Armstrong, lead singer of Green Day, Larry King, Adam McKay, Lorne Michaels, Conan O’Brien, John C. Reilly, Paul Rudd and Molly Shannon were guests on the show.

BOSTON LEGENDS TOUR -- MARCH 2011The Uptown Horns will be appearing in the lineup for the Boston Legends tuur, March 2011. This is truly an incredible lineup of musicians from guitarist J. Geils, bass player Danny Klein and Magic Dick of the J. Geils Band to Barry Goudreau formerly of the band Boston, Joe Pet from the Joe Perry Project and Doug Bell from Bellevue Cadillac. Vocals for this band are shared by guitar god Jon Butcher from the Jon Butcher Axis, Charlie Farren of the Joe Perry Project and Farrenheit and David Hull who has performed with Aerosmith and Joe Perry Project. The Boston Legends All Stars will also feature Sandy MacDonald from The Commitments, 17 year old female child prodigy Desire Bassette who has performed with numerous rock icons. Additional guests are expected to be added soon. .

Besides Tina, the band backed up Steve Martin, Jennifer Hudson, Jimmy Fallon, Jane Krakowski, and several other special guests.
November 15th, The Uptown Horns will appear with Billy Squier and Blues Deluxe at Iridium in NYC. There are shows at 8 and 10PM. Iridium is located at 1650 Broadway, NYC.

World's greatest rock/R&B horn section heats up the BBQ.The J Geils Band, with the help of the Uptown Horns, knocked it out of the park at historic Fenway Park in Boston on August 14th,
opening for Aerosmith in a first ever concert event at Fenway.

The Uptown Horns made a guest appearance on the Jazz My Soul Album by the Jazz Explorers. Bob Funk of the Uptown Horns co-produced the album, which won an award for one of the best independently released jazz albums of 2007.The Uptown Horns appeared backing Sam Moore for the Food Channel Network show, "Southern Comfort- Emeril Live".
